Self-reflection is a broad term and therefore difficult for many people to grasp. Nevertheless, most people are constantly concerned with it in their everyday lives, without actually knowing it. Unconsciously or consciously, the question of one’s own identity, who one actually is or wants to be, is posed by everyone. Sooner or later. One compares oneself, puts pressure on oneself and allows oneself to be guided by external influences.

With this book I have dealt deeply with my ego, my career and my very personal thought processes and have shown them.
